I’ve loved doing prenatal yoga at Mamatoto Retreat throughout my pregnancy. I began at 14 weeks and continued yoga throughout. I love that Mel checks in with each participant at the start of each week and really tailors the class to your needs. This was a life saver when I began to having aching ribs! I’ve loved stretching out my changing body, becoming more mindful throughout my pregnancy and learning a range of breathing techniques that I’ll be taking into the delivery suite. I would highly recommend Mamatoto Retreat to any expecting mumma’s.
