Who are these sessions for?

Women who are new to yoga or pilates or a pregnant or new mamas who prefer a more individualised approach.

Can I bring my kids?

If you’re children are 5+ they’re more than welcome to play in my backyard or on my covered deck. They’ll be in full view so you’ll be able to keep an eye on them. 

Can I get a refund or do a make up class if I miss a session?

If you cancel more than 24 hours in advance, I will happily reschedule your session to another time within 30 days. Sorry no refunds. 

What do I need to bring?

You’re welcome to use all our beautiful props so just bring yourself and a bottle of water to stay well hydrated. 

What do I wear?

Clothes that are stretchy, comfy and make you feel good. Layering is best in case you get hot or cold. For good hygiene, socks are essential for Reformer.
