FAQ
Who’s this class for?
Mamas with pre- crawling babies.
When can I start?
I recommend waiting until your baby is 6 weeks old.
Can I come casually of do I have to sign up to a course?
When you sign up, your account will be direct debited each week of the 10 week term which will guarantee you and your baby a spot each week.
If you let me know more than 24 hours in advance that you can’t make it, I can adjust your account so you won’t pay again until the following week.
You can cancel anytime but I can’t guarantee you a spot.
Do I need to book online or can I just show up?
To ensure there is a spot for you, please book online HERE.
What do I need to bring?
Please bring your own mat and a wrap for your baby to lie on. You can park your pram just outside the door.
What do I wear?
Clothes that are stretchy, comfy and make you feel good. Layering is best in case you get hot or cold. No shoes or socks are necessary.
What if my baby’s crawling?
Once your baby is crawling, it’s more beneficial for you to come to the Yoga Mum Circle (child free). Find out more here
